The Care and Feeding of Throat-Birds is a solo journaling game in which you cope with a condition known as throat-birds. There are baby birds in your throat and all you can do is feed them and be patient. You'll generate birds with favourite tastes of their own and prepare meals they might enjoy.
There's no metaphor here. I had a nightmare and decided it would be an interesting concept to explore.
I know this game might not be to everyone's liking and it's my very first game so I'm making it PWYW. If you enjoy it, please consider paying a small amount.
I'm trying to make a printable version, advice/tips are appreciated.
Content warnings: illness, might be reminiscent of disordered eating, possible suicide by player's choice.

Thank you so much! It was a very weird dream and I'm pretty sure the birds in it were fine, but in my test plays of this game they weren't so lucky :(
